Safety policy

We give you tools to report and block, and a team that reviews reports. You still decide who you talk to and where you meet.

Before you meet

Stay on the app until you are comfortable. Meet in a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going, and arrange your own transport. Do not send money, gift cards, or financial details to someone you met here.

Verification

A verification badge means we reviewed the materials that member submitted. It is not a background check and it is not a promise about character, marital status, or intentions.

Report and block

On a profile, Report and Block are separate. Reporting alerts our team. Blocking hides that person from your Search and messaging. You can also review safety tools in the app under Account → Safety when you are signed in.

What we may do

We may warn, suspend, or remove accounts that break the Community Guidelines, including harassment, scams, impersonation, and sexual content. We do not guarantee that every harmful account is found before contact.

If you are in danger

Contact local emergency services first. Then report the member in the app so we can review the account.
